Switch for free to Etisalat network and with the same number and code
- Switch to Etisalat from anywhere in Egypt for FREE and keep your old operator number
- Switching is at any Etisalat store, Raya, i2 or distribution channels

- Spending at least one year with your current mobile operator
- You may select either a Prepaid or Postpaid rate plan irrespective of the current rate plan you have with your current operator
- Customers must ensure accuracy of their registered information at their old operator
- Only active lines can be switched to Etisalat
How can I change my network to Etisalat?
- ID verification (National ID or Passport, etc.)
- Customer signs porting request
In case the customer is porting from a postpaid tarrif plan, customer must settle all his previous & current bills at the previous operator. In case the customer has an unbilled amount, it can be paid while submitting the porting request
- Customer can not port to another mobile operator before he/she has spent at least one year with his/her current mobile operator
- Once a customer changes his/her mobile operator and have successfully ported-into his/her new mobile operator, the customers can not port-out/leave the new mobile operator before one year
- Any porting request can be canceled within 48Hours after the acceptance of the request , after that customer will be automatically ported to etisalat
- While porting from any operator to etisalat, no credit will be transferred
